“We’re As Tough As We Can Be! We’re The Class of ’73!”

Over a year ago, I shared You Can Go Home Again. This one could be the same!

It was the (gulp) 40th Reunion of the Class of 1973 of Stone High School.  It was a great weekend – saw folks I had not seen in literally forty years as well as some I saw a couple of weeks back. It is strangely wonderful how you can just step back and pick up.

Several asked if I could share the slide show showcasing past reunions and of all things, our baby pictures from the 1973 Echo.  Some folks still show a strong resemblance to those baby pics. Some – well you can judge for yourself!

We missed twelve classmates who are no longer with us in this life as well as some who just could not come.  I hope everyone will make it back in 2023 for the 50th (and that Margaret Rabby will again be in charge!).

I thank my God every time I remember you. (Philippians 1:3 NIV)

  1. Cille,
Thanks for all your hard work on the FB page, the events web site, the museum display, the slide show and most of all thanks for putting up with me! I always complain about all the work it takes, but you know I wouldn’t have it any other way! We do share a special bond that has carried us through our entire lives and I would not change that for anything in the world. Love all you guys!
    Margaret

  2. some one please pass the Kleenex *blow* honk* No truer words were spoken. Thanks to all of you. And it is okay if none of you wanted to hear me sing 😮 😉
